VINEYARD CONSTRUCTION is an offshoot of its original parent company SBR Construction which was founded in 1992 and later named by its owner Engr. Ramonsito B. Uy, a Civil Engineer by profession.

Vineyard Construction, which is engineered by professionals for both horizontal and vertical constructions, serves both public and private sector clients across the nation. It is equally effective with the comprehensive range of construction services.

It started its first big contract by constructing the 230 KV Transmission Lattice Steel Towers (100-150 ft. high). These are five (5) towers worth two million five hundred thousand pesos (Php 2.5 Million) in 1995. Its projects varied as the years went by covering all aspects of the construction industry from low cost housing, residential houses, buildings, warehouses, both in the private and public sector. It has completed the World Bank funded Canduman Reconstruction of Road and Drainage System renovation works for the Ramon Aboitiz Foundation, Inc. worth eleven million four hundred thousand pesos (Php 11.4 Million); Construction of PALM Administration Bldg. for PALM, Inc. worth three million pesos (Php 3 Million); the Improvement (Concreting) of SM Graveled Parking and Drainage Area worth six million two hundred forty thousand pesos (Php 6.24
Million). Last Octrober 31, 2006, it has completed the construction of the Manufacturing Facility of Cebu AOI Development Corporation Technologies, a Japanese company situated at Mactan Export Processing Zone (MEPZ 1) in Lapu-lapu City worth twenty five million pesos (Php 25 MIllion). The Augustinian Recollectos Sisters has trusted to Vineyard Construction the renovation of one of their school buildings at St. Paul Academy, Bantayan Island worth eight million five hundred thousand pesos (Php 8.5 Million) Also, it has just completed the Relocation of the Transport System at SM City, Cebu worth five million eight hundred thousand pesos (Php 5.80 Million) applying Vineyard Construction ingenuity by sliding the whole building structures to its new position without using heavy equipments or without damaging the existing structures. It was granted on March 27, 2006.

With the succeeding years came some of the biggest projects for the company. For buildings there was the 2- Storey St. Paul College in Ma-a, Davao City worth 59 Million pesos in 2007 ; the 4-Storey with basement, gymnasium and various improvements for San Isidro Parish School in Talamban, Cebu City worth more than 53 Million pesos from 2009-2010; the Bagging, Transfer and Warehouse buildings structures for OPASCOR in their Bulk Handling Facility at the Cebu International Port worth almost 24 Million pesos from 2009-2010; The Allure Hotel Suites, a 10-Storey building with basement in A.S.
Fortuna St., Tune Hotel Cebu, a 9-storey building, the Tune Hotel Cagayan de Oro, a 12-storey building, Tune Hotel Davao, an 8-storey building, Loreta Tower 2 in Cebu Business park, a 17-storey building and now The Avenir, a 22-Storey building.

The company has also ventured into Electro-Mechanical works with the award of 8 units of Fly Ash Handling, Sand Injection, Limestone Injection System, Piping and Equipment Installation project and 5 units of Fly ash Silo Assembly Installation and Erection Project in Io-ilo City, Toledo City, Limay in Bataan and Taganito in Surigao for the Panay
and Toledo Energy Development Corporation,for Petron Refinery in Bataan and THPAL Nickel Corporation from 2009 to 2013.
